For example the old saying the body can only take so much is correct i belive that the human mind is fragile and should be handled with care. Like when we are kids when we rely on a more baser instinct such as eat, sleep, and bathroom we are more simple minded, when we are younger and therefore we dont know how to realy process stress, or how to comprehend what truly is happening to our bodies. and when this tourture if you will is going on our concept of time is bliss and long term at best.
