  • Isn’t it funny on how aging men are always looking for young women to re- evoke their sexual desires. Maybe it’s a sign that even Viagra can’t do it’s work! No matter you get to sleep with how many young women but at the end of the day you still look like the girl’s grandfather . There can’t be any explanation of justifying your relationship, when it comes to young women getting hooked with older men ( Way older ) and vice versa. In 99.9% cases like these either of the party is tremendously rich. It’s pretty evident on what can be the motive behind cavorting with a partner of your kid’s age.

  • The fact which is more heartbreaking is the person who goes through the betrayal in the relationship. The very live example is the recent story of Ronnie Wood (an English rock guitarist and bassist best known as a member of The Rolling Stones and Faces). He has broken his 23 years old marriage with Jo Wood for a 19 years old Russian girl. How painful it can get for any women who raised the kids, taken care of the family and always supported his husband in all the rough times? For the men who is now running after a girl who is of his daughter’s age? I am sure there are hundreds of celebrities and common people who put everything on stake for what? for rekindling their sexual life.

  • He is not the first person or a celebrity who has gone overboard with his success. I find it extremely exasperating on how people justify their actions. In today’s fast pace life each one of us is going through some or the other kind of struggle. Indeed life will throw challenges on you and there will be times when you will be a victim of depression, stress, alcohol or drugs. But that doesn’t mean that you defend your actions by hurting your loved ones.

  • At the age of 61 Ronnie should be guiding his children on how to lead a fulfilling life instead of his kids running after him in pubs to keep him away from an overdose of alcohol. Needless to say, you will only find handful of celebrities who have become famous and still maintain their humble nature towards their friends, family, society and their fans.

  • First I would like to focus on Meditation for the beginners. I will list some simple steps to start Meditation.
  • Sit at any place that you find it comfortable, just make sure that you sit straight in a relaxed posture. Keep your hands upwards right on your lap with your eyes closed.
  • Now, slowly look into your body by scanning through, take out any thoughts that are restricting your focus. I’m sure you will take a few attempts to follow this practice of meditation without any hindrance. But slowly you will get through it smoothly.
  • Initially in the process of gaining concentration of your mind, you will face a few distractions. Gradually, you will learn how to make your mind relaxed by overcoming all cluttered thoughts which can trap your mind at some point.
  • No matter what kind of tensions you are going through, meditation will release you from all the kinds of stress. Tell yourself that you have to free your mind with all the negative thoughts, and you will win over all the depressive thoughts that don’t allow you to have peace of mind.
  • Once you are in a fully relaxed frame of mind, you are all set to follow the next step of meditation. Tell yourself that you are strong enough to go through any hurdle in your life. As Life is full of obstacles and challenges, all you need is the will power and the right approach to deal with the problems.
  • The most important exercise of meditation is the concentration exercise. Mostly, people take 10- 15   classes to gain focus by tackling different kinds of mundane thoughts that will block your mind.
  • Many people give up in the first few classes because they don’t really comprehend the right technique of meditation. So if you don’t get it right in the first few times, don’t be hard on yourself. Just give yourself some time to discover the art of meditation.
  • Once you realize the beauty of life you will discern that half of the battle is already won. I believe that every individual has the power to inspire themselves. Give yourself the freedom to scan your soul, mind and heart.

  • Gain focus on your breath, feel your breath as it moves from your nose and comes out of the mouth. In order to gain a peaceful concentration of mind, you can play soothing music, light candles around you, feel the moment of sunrise or the sound of the river.

Meditation Tips

  • I have been practicing Meditation for over few months. Initially, I didn’t notice any benefits of Mediation, because I was not familiar with the right techniques of Meditation. Later on I thought of doing a bit of research to discover the basic essentials of Meditation. It took me over a month to get the insight of various techniques of Meditation.
  • Finally, I have realized that how Meditation can actually change your life by uplifting your spirit. Needless to say, that Meditation has attracted millions of people. Earlier it was considered as just a religious kind of activity. But for the last many years people have shown interest from all over the world. Whether it’s a common man or great celebrities like Sting or Madonna.
  • You will find so many people who are curious to discover the art of meditation. Some people want to do it to gain a self control on themselves; some want to overcome the day to day stress level which we all experience in life and some wants to gain an immense urge to realize the meaning of their existence.
  • For me Meditation is a way to realize that Who I am? – What I don’t want to be ?– What I want to be? And mot of all How I Feel about “ The Way I am or The way I live my life” So if you also feel the way I feel then don’t hesitate to discover the benefits of meditation. Let’s find the best techniques to purify our minds with the help of Meditation.

Loneliness is killing me from within

I am sure that this “topic” will sound “bizarre” to some of the readers. Personally speaking “Psychology” is one of my favorite areas of interest. The title is directly connected to:-

  1. Depression
  2. Loneliness
  3. Stress
  4. Anger
  5. Alcoholic
  6. Chain Smoker
  7. Drug Addiction
  8. And many more emotional setbacks.

Mostly, those people who don’t admire themselves tend to have various emotional problems. Some of the main reasons of an individual “hating themselves” are:-

  1. Being let down by the society
  2. Injustice
  3. Criticism
  4. Lack of Emotional Attachment
  5. Domestic Violence
  6. Childhood Abuse
  7. Sexual Abuse
  8. Lack of self esteem
  9. Neglected by the society
  10. Rejection

  • In order to lead a blissful life, it’s very important to have self – love. You can’t gain the love of others if you lack self love. First you need to be at peace with yourself then only you can gain peace with others.
  • Needless to say, introspection is the answer to all your questions. It will allow you to help yourself by allowing you to overcome all the negative emotions which you have build against yourself.
  • Write down all the memories, decisions, individuals and incidents that make you feel inferior of yourself.
  • Don’t doubt your true ability to be a strong person and assemble all the strong attributes of your personality.
  • Don’t set unrealistic standards for yourself. If you think you have made certain wrong decisions in life then try to self – empathize. Nobody is perfect! Even the most influential people on this earth have made mistakes in life.

  • Don’t let your past bad decisions hinder your future growth. Accept all your mistakes and learn a lesson from every mistake you commit.
  • There are many people who have suffered from some kind of abuse in their lives. Indeed it’s tormenting to go through an emotional abuse.
  • If you think you should have apposed the oppressor in the past then its better late than never. Never endure ay kind of abuse no matter in which form it is targeted on you.
  • Have you missed any opportunities in the past and didn’t give your best effort? I am sure it hurts and sometimes we do curse ourselves for not utilizing an opportunity in the best possible way.
  • I have noticed many people discussing about their past regrets and blaming themselves. This way they become a victim of depression but they are also obliterating their present and the future.
  • Many times I have seen people blaming their cultural or family background for not being successful in their lives. I know the family values and guidance counts a lot in shaping an individual. But after a while it’s our actions and decisions that can either “make us” or “break us”.
  • Therefore, it’s alright if you have not received the required assistance in the past. You can now be “self-motivated” and excel in your life. It’s quite fulfilling to be “On Your Own”
